Love all the beautiful jewelry they sell but "Chris" the person I had the displeasure of speaking to made me go elsewhere to purchase. Add comment

I chose an option that on arrival was beautiful but overwhelmed my hand. I reached out to Chris, who promptly took back the return. I had a refund within a week, and I reordered another style which I loved. I ordered a 3ct amore solitaire . It arrives stunning, and fit perfect. Happy with the new purchase, I then ordered a second ring for wedding band which the rushed and delivered to a hotel in time for the wedding. Has anyone had chipping and cracking of the stones? My ring was purchased in Sept 2011 and I began wearing it Oct 2011 (engagement) and with the band March 2012. By May 2012 I had to send it in to fix a broken stone, which we paid for... it was resolved and sent back and we took it as an anomaly. October 2013, I have two more chipped/cracked/broken stones, including the center (yikes!). I have emailed customer service and I am awaiting a quote. I ordered a wedding set from MoissaniteCo after reading amazing reviews on a website that I frequented at the time. When the ring came, the main stone was set noticeably crooked. I sent it back to have it fixed and sent back to me. When it came back, it was straighter, but still looked sloppy. Moissaniteco.com and Ashadiamonds.com return policies and restocking fees are misleading, and Mike in Customer Service will only argue that you, the customer, is wrong. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since Mike would not return my online chats and would flippantly respond to my emails (if they were answered at all), and also am disputing the charges with my credit card company. This is my final rebuttal that I sent to the BBB; Firecut Diamonds charged me $20 for each return to cover shipping costs that were not documented... Read more

Thinking about buying Moissanite? Thinking about buying from MoissaniteCo.com? You might want to read about my experience before making your decision.
